Smart Data Services
provides the following services:
Ø
Confirmation that no such shipment is being billed for, that was created
but never tendered.
Ø An
accurate review of each shipment with respect to the applicable service
guarantee, along with identification of one’s that were delivered
outside the terms of the guarantee
Ø
Verification of ancillary fees and their admissibility.
Ø Matching
the transportation charges to the applicable tariff.
Ø Providing
periodic reports regarding the amounts and status of the refunds.
Ø The above
suite of services are available for all domestic air and domestic ground shipments.
Ø
Service review of Out-Bound shipments can be requested
separately. |
