  • Our rep will contact you and work out the details, relating to data format, how we receive the files and how we get the information to you.

  • Your account is then set-up in our system.

  • We receive the file periodically and provide you with the results.

  • We can assist you in developing macros to pull this information into your accounting system.

  • We provide periodic reports that integrate with your Management Information System (MIS)

  • It cost you nothing, we only get paid if we find you refunds.

Smart Data Services provides the following services:

Ø     
Confirmation that no such shipment is being billed for, that was created but never tendered.

Ø     
An accurate review of each shipment with respect to the applicable service guarantee, along with identification of one’s that were delivered outside the terms of the guarantee

Ø     
Verification of ancillary fees and their admissibility.

Ø     
Matching the transportation charges to the applicable tariff.

Ø     
Providing periodic reports regarding the amounts and status of the refunds.

Ø     
The above suite of services are available for all domestic air and domestic ground shipments.

Ø      Service review of Out-Bound shipments can be requested separately.
